Group Class Breathwork for emotional detox
In this group class, you will be guided through grounding techniques, active circular breathing, emotional release, and heart opening moments. The technique used is most similar to Holotropic Breathwork, but varies in a few fundamental ways.
A common general misconception about Breathwork is that it is a calm, meditative experience, when in fact it is more intense- like a workout for the mind, lungs, and spirit!
private session Negative Energy Cleanse
We all experience negativity in our lives. This manifests in the body through trauma, conditioning, loss, and grief, just to name a few. Negative energy will be identified through exploratory conversation during a private breathwork session. This brings awareness to the area of energetic blockage so release can take place. Energy flows to where awareness goes and changing our relationship to energy causes massive transformational shifts. Affirmations will then be given to replace negative energy with light and positivity.
